This notice is prepared with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind for visitors who submit inquiries through our website.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, and your message text.
- Technical delivery data: standard web server logs may be maintained by your hosting provider (outside this static site’s code). We do not run analytics scripts on pages you view here.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s local storage when you accept or reject the cookie notice (
syncchannel-consent-v1).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (such as health or biometric data) through the form. Please do not include national ID numbers or full card numbers in free-text fields.

We do not use inquiry data for automated profiling or sell lists to third parties.
Where data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server-side handler we operate receives the payload solely to read and answer your message. Data is not posted to third-party marketing platforms from this website.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or archived under our internal retention schedule (proposed: up to 24 months after last contact, pending business confirmation).
- Consent preference: remains in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email info@syncchannel.digital with enough detail for us to locate your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe processing violates applicable law.
Security
We use HTTPS in production and limit access to inquiry inboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use discretion in message content.
Children
Our services target adults managing household finances. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting how inquiry data is processed will be highlighted on the contact page.
No analytics
This site does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar third-party trackers. The cookie policy lists the only storage we intentionally use.
